Photos
You may submit up to three photos with your entry. Be sure to enter the correct file name (for the attached files) and title for each photo — if you're not a title kind of person, "untitled" will work just fine.
You may print your photo in any size you like within the following parameters:
• Prints may be no smaller than 8 inches on a side (so the smallest print size allowed is 8 x 8 inches).
• Prints may be no larger than 16 x 24 inches.
• Square prints may be no larger than 16 x 16 inches.
You must let us know the intended print size for each of your photos to help us plan how the show will fit in the gallery space. We've allowed space for that below.

The attached file(s) must be no larger than 1,000 pixels on the longest side, and each file must be no larger than 300K. Photos submitted with your entry must be cropped to reflect your intended print size ratio (though not necessarily the actual print size) and must be corrected and otherwise altered just as they will appear if they're selected to appear in the show — if your photo is selected, framed and delivered and is found to have been materially altered from the version you submitted to the jury, it will be rejected.
Entry fee
The entry fee is $15 regardless of the number of photos submitted (up to three per entrant). Send the entry fee via PayPal to photoshow@houstonist.com. If the name on your PayPal account is different from the name on your entry form, please include the name you used on this entry form in the "Message" section during the payment process so we can easily match up your entry form and fee. (If you prefer not to use PayPal, e-mail us at photoshow@houstonist.com and we'll be happy to work out an alternate method of payment.) Entry fees must be received no later than Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Any entries for which we have not received corresponding entry fees at that time will be disregarded.

Submitting your entry
After you’ve completed this form, return it and your photo submissions to photoshow@houstonist.com. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. Monday, July 13, 2009 noon Tuesday, July 14, 2009. Photographers whose work is selected for the show will be notified no later than Monday, July 27.
